Referral Agent

Refers potential property buyers or leads to the sales team
Shares basic property information to interested clients
Connects clients to the appropriate sales representative
Ensures accurate and timely submission of referral details

Property Assistant (New Agent)

Assists in handling client inquiries about our projects
Provides basic property details and requirements to clients
Supports documentation and coordination with buyers
Helps schedule property presentations or site visits
Updates and organizes client records and lead information

Sales Manager (Agent with Network)

Leads and manages a group of agents or referral partners
Monitors team performance and sales targets
Trains and supports agents in closing deals and client handling
Develops strategies to generate more leads and sales opportunities

Licensed Broker Partner

Oversees and ensures full compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards
Coordinates with management for project accreditation, updates, and ongoing developer requirements
Serves as the official broker partner for assigned projects and developers, ensuring committed support and representation
Maintains strong professional alignment between the developer, company, and selling network

II. Legal Status & Liability

Independent Contractor: You are an independent entrepreneur, not an employee or partner.
Liability: You are solely responsible for any expenses or legal consequences resulting from your own negligent or unlawful acts. The Broker is not liable for your personal actions.
Confidentiality: Post-termination, you may not use any proprietary information or trade secrets gained during this engagement for your own benefit or that of others.

III. Termination

Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing notice.

IV. Entire Agreement

This document and the company’s Sales Policies represent the full agreement between both parties. No other verbal or written understandings exist outside of these documents.

V. I understand that my accreditation depends on fulfilling these conditions. Providing false information or failing to meet these standards is grounds for the immediate disapproval or revocation of my accreditation. * (Please Click Box)
